It’s been a minute since I wore a mask. How about you? 🤔
The night before I gave my closing keynote 🎙️ at Apiture ’s Accelerate 2025 conference, we had a night out.
We got bedazzled and we were given the option of choosing a mask. I didn’t want to at first, but I like to push myself to do things out of my routine. 👊🏻
It was interesting looking through a mask, because it shifted perspectives. Not only mine, but others of me too. 👀
People actually didn’t recognize me because I was wearing it. 😎
💡It got me thinking about innovation, the power of perspective shifting and personas.
Personas are the innovation form of masks. 🎭
Personas help you see things differently through different eyes, whether it's looking at your problem through your customer's lens OR if you're looking at a problem with a different perspective.
